Where MG genuinely wins
On monthly cost. An MG4 undercuts most electric hatchbacks of similar range by a clear margin, and the MG HS undercuts mainstream family SUVs. If the brief is "lowest sensible monthly figure for a modern car", MG is usually the answer, and it's worth saying so plainly.
