The terms you agree to by using this website. Your vehicle agreement is separate — and where the two ever disagree, that one counts.
These terms were last updated on 1st September 2026.
By using this website, or sending us an application through it, you're agreeing to the terms below — and to the version of them in force on the day you use the site or apply. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the site, and do tell us why.
This page is about using drivesubscribe.com. If you go on to take a vehicle from us, that's a separate written agreement, and it's the one that sets out your monthly payment, your mileage allowance, your term and what happens when you hand the vehicle back. Nothing on this page changes it. Where the two ever appear to disagree, your vehicle agreement is the one that counts. The charges that agreement can carry are set out on our fees and charges page.
Drive Subscribe is a trading style of ACL Automotive Contracts Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"), and this website is operated by us. We're responsible for its contents.
ACL Automotive Contracts Ltd is a company registered in England, company number 06296885. VAT number 338 855 754. Data protection registration Z100466X. Registered office: The Carriage House, Mill Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6YE.
ACL Automotive Contracts Limited, trading as Drive Subscribe, is an owner and broker of hire, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, registration number 730720. We're a member of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA).
To register with us or apply through this site, you'll need to be 18 or over and hold a valid full driving licence.
If your licence was issued outside the UK, it still works — within limits. An EU or EEA licence is treated the same as a UK one, and you can drive on it however long you've been here. A licence from one of the designated countries can be used for 12 months from the date you entered the UK, or from the date you became resident, whichever applies to you — and some countries require an international driving permit alongside it. After those 12 months you'll need to have exchanged it for a UK licence, and you can't drive in the meantime while the UK one is on its way.
We can add to or change these terms. Any changes go up on this page and take effect 24 hours after we post them, so if you carry on using the site after that, you're taken to have accepted them. The terms that apply to any application are the ones in force on the day you make it — which is why it's worth a quick look here before each one. The date at the top tells you when we last made a change.
The rates and vehicle data on this site — images, standard equipment, factory-fitted options, colour and trim, and technical data — come from a third party. They're there for information, they can be out of date or wrong, and they can't be relied on. Lead times are estimates, not a commitment to supply.
None of that is us hedging on price. The figure you're quoted and agree to is confirmed in writing in your vehicle agreement, and that's the figure that leaves your account. If a detail on this site matters to your decision, ask us and we'll confirm it before you commit to anything.
You're welcome to print, copy, download or temporarily store extracts from this website for your own information, personal or business. Please don't alter anything. Any other use — republishing it, or using part of this site on another website — needs our written permission first.

The contents of this website are for general information. They're not advice, financial or otherwise, and they shouldn't be the thing you rely on when making a decision — or deciding not to make one. That includes the costing tools: they're a guide to what something is likely to cost, not a quote.
So while we take care over what goes on here, we don't give any warranty, stated or implied, about the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness or suitability of this website or anything on it. We can't guarantee that it's free from viruses or anything else with contaminating or destructive properties, so please run your own protection.
First, the part that isn't up for negotiation: nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited — including your rights under consumer law, if you're a consumer.
Beyond that, we won't be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of business or loss of profits, in contract, tort or otherwise — arising from using this website or not being able to use it, from anything it contains, or from any action you take or don't take as a result of it. That includes any interruption or delay in reaching the site, whatever the cause.
What you give us, we use to run our services properly and to stay in touch with you. Our privacy policy sets out the details: what we collect, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
This website is intended for people living in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from this website will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales — except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts instead.
Tell us, and tell us early. Call 0333 772 1886 or email hello@drivesubscribe.com and we'll look into it properly.
If we can't put it right between us, you're not stuck with our answer. Our complaints procedure sets out the full process, the timescales, and your right to take an unresolved complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service or the BVRLA's free, independent conciliation service.
